The highly insulating polyurethane foam blocks create comfort in the living space. It is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. These finished walls keep climate on the outside. Eliminate the damp feeling of concrete and the extreme temperature swings of traditional shelters made of wood, brick or block.
Safe
Earthquake resistant: Block walls made with interior post-and-beam reinforced concrete resists both compression and tensile forces. Combined with the light weight of the materials, this building is clearly stronger and more resilient than other construction methods.
Fire resistant: The material does not sustain a flame even when subjected to a gas torch. When covered in stucco or plaster it becomes virtually fireproof.
Wind resistant: Depending on the design, the post-and-beam construction is projected to withstand airspeeds of approximately 200mph.
Durable
The economic life expectancy of the blocks is estimated to be 40 to 50 years. The system is inherently pest resistant. Like any house, with proper care it will last a lifetime.
Simple
Once the exterior and interior surfaces are finely finished the foam blocks and structural steel and concrete are nowhere to be seen. Beautiful on the outside, but it is what’s inside that counts.
