We have an expanding global footprint, a global supply chain, a proven technology, and a sustainable business model. Steve Ross, Founder & CEO
Steve is an accomplished executive who continues to lead with determination and compassion. He combines leadership presence, problem-solving skills, and strong social values to produce results that solve problems, help people and create business success.
Steve served 30+ years in various positions within Universal Electric Corporation (dba Starline), ultimately as Chief Operating Officer and also serving as a Director on its Board. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and Directorship Certified.
Ross has a history of volunteer service and is active in the global off-grid energy access sector.
Kennedy Munyendo,
Regional Director - East Africa
Since 2022, Kennedy has played a pivotal role as General Manager of Onsite Building Systems-Kenya, leading the company’s establishment, overseeing operations, and driving early growth throughout Kenya.
Under his direction, Onsite ICF has also recently established operations in Uganda. We are a market leader in affordable construction for stronger communities, headquartered in the USA with operations in East Africa and Latin America.
Felipe Duarte,
Country Development Director, Colombia
Felipe leads our emerging business in Latin America, bringing wide-ranging experience in Business Development Strategy and an entrepreneurial background through involvement with startups, along with a proven track record in marketing, sales, product strategy, and project management. Based in Bogotá, he holds degrees in Marketing and Financial Management.
